Going Green

Alliance Commercial Partners is committed to implementing a formal Green Initiative for the company and its portfolio.  The goal of the Green Initiative is to create value across the portfolio while increasing our corporate social responsibility.  Alliance has developed a “Green Committee” to implement and continue to research Green principles and practices within the built environment.  Alliance is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.  The Green Initiative includes the following action plan:

• In new development, Alliance will utilize environmentally friendly design principles to develop sustainable projects with a goal of LEED certification where possible.
• Alliance’s Green Committee will analyze our current portfolio and any future acquisitions to strive to create value for each investment through Green retrofits and LEED EB certification when appropriate.  Members of the Green Committee will seek LEED Accreditation in order to facilitate this process.
• Alliance is educating its employees on Green practices in the corporate workplace and at home.

Alliance’s Green Initiative will continue to evolve and grow over time with the underlying goal of creating value through environmental sustainability and a reduced carbon footprint.
